Each member may hold only one account on 899ok. If multiple accounts are created, all of them will be closed and the balances may be confiscated.

• You must provide your correct name, mobile number, and date of birth when registering.
• Keep your account password strictly confidential. Never share it with anyone.
• If someone else accesses your account and any loss occurs as a result, the member bears full responsibility.
• A national ID or other valid government-issued ID may be requested for verification.
• Inactive accounts (no activity for 12 months) may be closed automatically. If this happens, please contact support.
• To close your account, contact the support team. If you have a remaining balance, please withdraw it first.

Completing 899ok's KYC (Know Your Customer) process may be required for large withdrawals. This is done entirely for your security.

899ok supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted channels.

• Deposits and withdrawals should be made using the same payment method.
• Do not deposit from someone else's mobile banking account — this can cause issues during account verification.
• If a suspicious transaction is detected, 899ok may hold and review it.
• If your deposit is delayed, please contact support with your transaction reference number.
• If money laundering or suspicious financial activity is detected, the account will be suspended and the relevant authorities will be notified.

899ok offers a variety of bonuses and promotions, each with its own terms. Please read the relevant conditions carefully before claiming any offer.

• The welcome bonus applies to your first deposit only and is limited to one use per account.
• If the wagering requirement is not met before the bonus expires, both the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.
• Some bonuses only apply when you bet on specific games or sports — details are listed on the offer page.
• If a withdrawal request is submitted after claiming a bonus but before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus will be forfeited — however, your original deposit will be returned.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, 899ok reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.
• Free spin winnings are generally subject to separate wagering requirements.

899ok's Sports Betting section lets you bet on cricket, football, tennis, and more than 20 other sports. Make sure you're familiar with the rules below before placing any bets.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — however, the cash-out option may be used if available.
• If a bet is cancelled before the match begins (e.g., the match is abandoned), the stake will be refunded in full.
• Odds can change rapidly during a match based on live data. 899ok is not responsible if a bet is not accepted at previously displayed odds.
• 899ok uses internationally recognized results to determine match outcomes.
• In the event of a score dispute, the ruling of the relevant sport's governing body will be followed.
• Any bet found to involve match-fixing or unfair advantage will be voided.
• If one leg of a parlay bet is voided, it will be removed and the remaining legs will be used to settle the parlay.

For live betting, 899ok updates odds with minimal delay. However, 899ok will not be held liable for any delays caused by server or network issues.

The casino section at 899ok features slots, Live Baccarat, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, Poker, and Fishing games. All game outcomes are governed by an RNG (Random Number Generator).

• If a technical issue occurs during a game (such as a connection drop or server error), 899ok will attempt to restore the session to the last successful game state.
• If a game is left incomplete, please contact support — our team will review the system logs and resolve the issue.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final. In the event of a dealer error, the game round will be reviewed.
• Some games may have a maximum win cap — please check before you start playing.
• Account verification is mandatory before any progressive jackpot winnings are paid out.
